KulturRaum München is committed to cultural participation in Munich. We distribute donated tickets for cultural events free of charge to people with low incomes. In addition to Ticket Distribution we have our own Cultural activities to participate in developed for our guests.

Culture is food for the soul. Culture creates a sense of belonging. Culture is the key to successful inclusion in society.

That’s why we want culture to be accessible to everyone in Munich.

After the summer break, we are back full of energy and drive! 💥 In addition to exciting events and projects for our culture guests of all ages, we continue to focus on the heart of KulturRaum München: our voluntary cultural mediation. Summertime is always time for mobile

Summertime is always time for mobile children's theater in our social partner institutions. 🎭 In cooperation with the Munich Theater for Children, we bring children's theater to different places in the Munich city area. These include shared accommodation for refugees or neighborhood meetings in outlying districts.📍 The performance is of "The Hare and the Hedgehog" by Andy Kessler, based on the Brothers Grimm, for children aged 4 and over. 🐇🦔 It's great to see how the children get excited and cheer on and help out so that the hare and the hedgehog get a fair deal in the end. 👏🏻 📸 @danypfeil

Even #culturalparticipation needs to recharge sometimes. 🔋 That's why we're taking a break from July 29th to September 9th. No tickets will be sold during this time. 💤 Our office will be closed completely from August 05th to 16th. ⛵️ For matters other than ticket sales, we can be reached during the rest of the summer holidays during reduced opening hours from 10 a.m. to 14 p.m. ☎ From September 10th we'll start the new culture season again with our usual opening hours! 💯 We hope you all have a great time!

KulturKick is the youth offer of KulturRaum München eV. Here, young people aged 14-23 can book free tickets for cultural events in Munich once a month and bring a friend with them. The young people can choose from a wide variety of events: whether cinema, theater or concert 🎭🎶🎬 - there is something for every taste!
