Digital aid

The Digital Help is a project of the Media Center Munich of the JFF - Institute for Media Education in cooperation with the KulturRaum Munich. The free support is aimed at everyone who has questions about computers, tablets and smartphones. The focus here is clearly on digital participation. The offer is not to be understood as pure technical support, but also as an opportunity for exchange and advice on everything to do with digital communication and culture.

You can get it from the digitization hotline Free support from proven experts. It is primarily aimed at people who are still inexperienced in using the Internet, but also at people who are already quite familiar with it but need support in using previously unknown functions. Experts clarify all questions with you, be it the use of apps, setting up an e-mail address or calling up certain websites.

Digital help at the counter - with two locations:
