Telephone operator in different languages

Sometimes the language is a hurdle for our culture guests when we arrange tickets over the phone.

It is therefore helpful if our mediators understand and speak other languages ​​in addition to German. In this way, culture guests can discover cultural life in Munich, regardless of their German language skills.

Thanks to the great voluntary support of Svetlana and Faisal, we can mediate in Russian and Ukrainian as in Kurdish and Arabic .

Here are the times: 

For Russian/Ukrainian speakers: Monday 14pm to 17pm and Friday 10am to 12pm

For Kurdish/Arabic speakers: Tuesdays 14pm to 17pm
